Melquan ganzy
Melquan Ganzy is a New York based writer, creative director, educator, and cultural strategist working at the intersection of fashion, storytelling, and culture.
A 2016 graduate of North Carolina Central University, Ganzy is a contributing writer and content producer for the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), an Assistant Professor at Parsons School of Design, and the Founder and Creative Director of The GANZY, an independent creative platform exploring fashion, Black identity, masculinity, and culture.
Across writing, creative direction, strategy, and education, his work uses research and storytelling to examine identity, community, and self-expression while creating space for perspectives historically underrepresented in fashion and culture.
